Noemi Clear Corrector Our in-house lash artists hand-testThe Clear is a neutral color corrector. It is used to enhance the hair and give it extra shine. It can also be added to any other tone to lighten the shades. Application: Mix Clear with Noemi Dye in the same ratio (1: 1, 2: 1, or 3: 1). The lighter color should be, the more clear is used. Then mix the resulting mixture with Noemi Solution in a ratio of 1: 1. Apply the mixture obtained. Leave it on for 10 15 minutes.
