Some water made it broader, more aromatic and richer, with many more dark fruits, pickled ginger, balsamic glaze and a dense, rich, earthy note. The neat palate displayed more wood spices, more ginger, some nibbling tannin, herbal liqueurs, woodruff tea, grapefruit and a nice tinge of rancio.
