Trapeze Gamay Egon Müller Lime juice and slight yeastinessA light, very bright crimson. Lovely, lifted aromatics freshly picked raspberries, cranberries, bright florals and mountain herbs. In the mouth, this is brightly fruited and perfectly balanced by the wine's juicy acidity and light, gently crunchy tannins. Very well done and a fantastic summer red to be served ever so slightly chilled.
