This 14 year old has spent its maturation in a combination of ex Bourbon and, crucially, ex Madeira casks. Those barrels give nicely rich oak but with more than a little welcome lift of fresh and dried fruit. Golden sultanas, preserved figs, and even mango swim effortlessly alongside the classic Foursquare sweet spice.
