The bodice is cut simply with a unadorned scooped collar
The dress is not perfect - there is a sequin missing here and there and at some point the inside hem was redone and it is not the most perfect job ever (I chose to leave it as found to conserve as much length as possible) but it presents well and is still infinitely wearable as either a super short mini or a tunic over a skinny pant
It has an attached fabric tie on each side that you can tie at the front or the back and made of yards and yards of bias cut
