They have scuffs and the top is worn from exposure (does not effect the liner). Still lots of service left in these. These tend to fit large, so buy a size down than you would normally wear. Women buy 2 3 sizes smaller. Rated for weather colder than 20F ( 29 Celsius and COLDER). With side air valve (not to be opened unless airborne). Worn with a wool sock folded over the top
