Our Cancellation Policy

1) Order Cancellation Process

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our Customer Care executive.
  • Cancellation will only be valid once it is confirmed by our respective department.

2) Conditions for Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the product has not been dispatched.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3) Refund Policy for Online Payments

  • If the order is placed using Online Payment and canceled, a refund will be processed within 7 working days.

4) Deductions for Refunds

  • Before Shipment:
    • For online payment cancellations, a 3% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • After Shipment (In Transit):
    • A 3% payment gateway charge and the courier charges (Forward + Return) will be deducted from the refund amount.
