Seller (Manufacturer) Terms and Conditions

1. Free Registration and Marketing

  • The registration and listing of your products are completely free for manufacturers and sellers.
  • Online marketing of your company and products is also free.

2. Order Dispatch Requirements

  • Sellers must dispatch orders within 48 working hours from the time of order placement.
  • Dispatches must be made using the Agrixplor Delivery Mode.

3. Invoicing and Legal Compliance

  • Sellers must issue bills, including GST, in the buyer’s name.
  • Sellers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal frameworks before dispatching products to clients.

4. Consequences of Delay in Dispatch

  • If a seller fails to dispatch orders within 48 working hours consecutively three times, their account will be deactivated.
  • 10% penalty will be charged on the order value for any order not dispatched within 48 hours.

5. Payment Cycle

  • Payments will be processed after the product is delivered to the client.
  • Sellers must provide:
    • One copy of the invoice to the customer (with the parcel).
    • Another copy to Agrixplor.
  • Payments will be transferred directly to the bank account provided during registration.

6. Product Listing and Image Quality

  • Sellers are solely responsible for the listing of their products and the quality of images.
  • Assistance is available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM if required.

7. Return Policy

  • Sellers must accept returns within 7 days of the product being received by the customer.
  • Return courier charges will be borne by Agrixplor.

8. Transit Damages

  • If a product is damaged in transit:
    • MKisan will bear the costs only if the seller uses Agrixplor Delivery Mode.
    • If poor packaging is the cause of damage, the seller will be responsible for refunds and associated charges.
  • Strong and proper product packaging is mandatory.

9. Stock Management

  • Sellers must keep their stock updated.
  • 10% penalty will be imposed if an out-of-stock product is ordered due to failure to update stock.

10. Duplicate Accounts

  • If a seller is found operating a duplicate account, all associated accounts will be deactivated.
  • The seller will be permanently banned from selling, and all payments will be settled 90 days from the deactivation date.

11. Product Consistency

  • The quantity and product dispatched must match the order details.

12. Return of Defective Products

  • Products with moving parts or that cannot be checked without use must be accepted if returned due to faults.

13. Assistance for Sellers

  • Support is available for product listing, image quality, and other concerns from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
