This mix is my best attempt at matching the animated version of Thrawn. (His comic, cover art, and live action skin tones are different shades of blue.) My "recipe" for this mix includes White, Gray, Reel Blue #4, Royal Blue, and Blue Shader. The recipe is made for 2 oz batches of paint, so I will only be offering it in 2 oz increments.
