Saint-Saens - Cavatine for Bass Trombone and Concert Band Delivery:Both Dello Joio's Scenes from “TheCavatine, Opus 144 by Camille Saint Sans is a true Romantic solo work for the Trombone. This version for Bass Trombone and Concert Band beautifully arranged by Dr. Wade Goodwin is a pleasure to perform with its sweeping, majestic phrases, sweet and elegant middle section and dramatic conclusion. For moderately advanced performers, the six minute work will become a great showpiece on band concerts. There is a piano reduction edition of this same work
