Kitchen Size:XS Built at State DockyardThe kitchen at Seika Dormitory sits as it was left: rusting pots and pans still on the stove, light falling through broken windows onto dust covered surfaces. Built in 1927 by the Gakuso Foundation to house Taiwanese students studying in Tokyo, the building stood sealed and abandoned for six years after a July 2007 fire displaced its final residents. Part of the Seika Dormitory series.
