2021 Chardonnay - Small Lot 2018-ortega Semi-sweet single varietal white wineDry, aromatic white wine from 100% Nova Scotia Chardonnay grapes. This wine was fermented partly in neutral French oak and partly in stainless steel. The oak fermented portion adds roundness and mouthfeel plus a hint of vanilla from the 8 months of ageing in barrel as well as full malo lactic fermentation. The stainless steel portion maintains primary fruit and freshness as well as Nova Scotias signature briny acidity in the wine with no malo lactic
