Aromas of sea spray, light citrus, and quince lead into a bright palate of lemon, lime, and crisp pear. Elegant and refreshing, it captures the cool coastal character of its origin. As a winemaker, when you are fortunate enough to plant in almost pure limestone soils, with extremely high pH, you can only start to dream of the possibilities. The incredibly
