The bowl has silver pewter metal side handles and frame. The plate has a silver pewter metal frame around the edges. The bowl measures 13. 5cm in diameter not including the side handles and 6. 5cm in height. The plate measures 16. 5cm in diameter. They are both in great condition for their age. The glass is a deep emerald jade jadeite green
