Accompanying the image is a note written in what I think is German, so the only thing I can read for sure are the dates 1881 and 1883, which I assume are the girl's birth and death dates; it appears a little piece of cut and glued hair has been sewn to the paper above the writing. Tintype is in very good antique condition with
