Located in Costers del Segre, this is the joint project of Joan Soler and Richard Sanz, two winemakers that also work at wineries such as Lafou, Abadal and Menade. This expressive Spanish red wine is made from Grenache, Tempranillo and Syrah. Separately vinified according to the variety, once in the cellar the grapes were refrigerated during a whole night and subsequently fermented in
