Haydn Trumpet Concerto In E Flat Recommendations disabled Give Us The Wings OfHaydn wrote his trumpet concerto in 1796 for Anton Weidinger (1767 1852), the trumpeter in the Court Orchestra in Vienna. Weidinger is considered to have been the finest exponent of this instrument. His experiments resulted in the creation of a fully chromatic trumpet, and it is obvious that Haydn's concerto was written for this instrument. Also includes a Bb trumpet part.
