The Chardonnay d'Ardèche is aged in stainless steel vats for approximately 10 months

This takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (between 28-30°C) until the right degree of sweetness (baumé) is achieved

The bouquet of Cesari’s flagship wine is marked by cherry and prune aromas and jammy notes
