The Federalist Bourbon Barrels Aged Red Blend 2024 (750ml) Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru 'Sentiers' The Alleme VineyardsAppellation: Lodi Grape Varieties: 70% Cabernet, 30% Zinfandel Aromas: Bold dark fruits, blackberry pie, vanilla, caramel, baking spices, and a hint of black pepper Taste: The wine has a good entrance, filling the mouth with dark concentrated fruit and spice with a smoky, yet velvety smooth finish Fermentation: Different blocks were fermented separately to preserve ideal characteristics of each. Each block spends an average of 12 days on the skins.
