The finish is sooth and laden with fruit. The third edition of Angostura's Cask Collection No. 1 is a 22 year old blend of rums, matured in first fill oloroso sherry casks. The palate is smooth and complex, offering notes of roasted nuts, rich oat, dried fruits and sweet sherry.
