Grind:Turkish Do this approximately 3 timesThe Roaster's Choice Medium Brazil is a higher elevation Brazilian with excellent flavour notes of caramel, apple, and citrus in a very clean sweet cup. It has good body, not too strong, with mild acidity. The green beans are medium roasted in our shop in small batches to ensure consistency of roast and the freshest cup for you. The Medium Brazil coffee can be best enjoyed at home using French press, drip, pour over, percolator, or an Aeropress.
