LRT-12-044 - Flywheel Timing Pin – TDi C-Bonnet Safety Catch It anchors at three pointsFlywheel Timing Pin is a workshop special tool used to lock the flywheel in its reference position when setting the diesel injection pump timing on the 200TDi and 300TDi engines. The pin engages a timing hole in the flywheel, holding the crankshaft at the fixed reference point so the injection pump can be statically timed to the engine during pump fitting or timing checks.
