This is a riper style Ros, the 2021 Cabernet Franc from Mariposa vineyard showing extra ripeness due to the hot year. About 30% of the wine is Riesling from our Mulberry Tree Vineyard to balance the ripeness and add the racy, mineral acidity the site is known for. Just off dry, very intense and bold in style.
