He launched his label in the early 1960s after a stint with the Leonard Sunshine label. The label was very well followed in its day and was often used for editorial work during the time period, most notably on Lauren Hutton on several occasions. He was known for his more opulent pieces that featured bead work or gold lame thread like this dress does. The dress is
