Our Cancellation Policy
1) Order Cancellation Process
- If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our Customer Care executive.
- Cancellation will only be valid once it is confirmed by our respective department.
2) Conditions for Cancellation
- Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the product has not been dispatched.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
3) Refund Policy for Online Payments
- If the order is placed using Online Payment and canceled, a refund will be processed within 7 working days.
4) Deductions for Refunds
- Before Shipment:
- For online payment cancellations, a 3% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
- After Shipment (In Transit):
- A 3% payment gateway charge and the courier charges (Forward + Return) will be deducted from the refund amount.
