At Agrixplor, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review the following policies carefully to ensure a smooth return, replacement, and refund process.
Return & Replacement Policy
Reporting a Return/Replacement
- Returns or replacements must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Unboxing Video Requirement
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for complaints about damaged, defective, or missing items.
Eligibility for Return/Replacement
Returns will be processed only if:
- The product was not damaged while in your possession.
- The product matches what was shipped and has not been tampered with.
- The product is returned in its original condition, including the:
- Brand/Manufacturer’s box.
- MRP tag.
- User manual.
- Warranty card.
- Accessories.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Report any damaged or defective items to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.
- The issue will be evaluated by the merchant before a decision is made.
Product Not as Expected
- If the product received differs from what is described or does not meet expectations, notify Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
- An investigation will be conducted, and an appropriate resolution will be provided.
Non-Eligible Cases for Return
- Returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong model, color, or product) will not be accepted.
- However, if a return is initiated, forwarding and return courier charges will be deducted from the refund.
Machines & Equipment
- Customers must follow the installation and usage instructions provided in the user manual.
- Agrixplor is not liable for damage or return if the manual’s instructions are not followed.
- For issues with machines or equipment, a technician may be arranged, and the resolution will be based on their report.
Misuse of Return Policy
- Accounts with excessive returns, cancellations, or refusals may be warned, suspended, or terminated at Agrixplor’s discretion.
Seed Germination Disclaimer
- Seed germination depends on various factors (soil quality, climate, fertilizers, watering, etc.). Agrixplor does not guarantee germination or harvest and does not provide refunds for seeds.
Live Plants Warranty
- Live plants depend on climatic conditions (air, soil, water, humidity, temperature). MKisan does not offer warranties or refunds for live plants.
Refund Policy
Refund for Order Cancellation
Before Shipping:
- A 3% payment gateway charge will be deducted.
- The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
After Shipping:
- A 3% payment gateway charge and forward + return courier charges will be deducted.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after approval.
Refund for Returned Orders
- For Damaged, Mismatched, or Non-Working Products:
- Refunds will be initiated only after the product has been received and inspected at our origin location.
- You will receive an email notification regarding the return’s approval or rejection.
- For Customer-Initiated Returns:
- Forward and return courier charges will be deducted from the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stipulated timeframe:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (processing delays may occur).
- Contact your bank (there may be a delay in posting the refund).
