2) New User Confirmation
If you are a new user, our executive will contact you to confirm your order.
For accurate delivery, we will verify your delivery address and PIN code.
If your provided PIN code is not serviceable, we may request an alternative address and PIN code for successful delivery.
3) Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you notice that the package is damaged or tampered with, please:
Refuse to accept the delivery.
Take photographs of the package.
Write an instruction to the courier representative stating: “The package is tampered or damaged in courier, so I will not accept the order.”
Email us the details along with pictures at support@agribegri.com mentioning your order reference number, or contact our Customer Care for further assistance.
We will make every effort to arrange a replacement delivery at the earliest.
4) Delivery Timelines

5) Non-Delivery or Delays
We make every effort to ensure timely delivery. However, in case the product is not delivered or delayed, and you incur a loss due to this, MKisan will not be held responsible.
Note: If your address falls in an ODA (Out of Delivery Area) location, you may need to collect the parcel from the nearest courier office. We will provide the office address and contact number, and our customer care team will assist you throughout the process.
